ABOUT ME
Qualifications:
I have a Master of Fine Arts in Creative Writing from Saint Mary's College of California and a BA in English with a focus on creative writing from CSU East Bay. I've tutored and taught for over nine years, have two publications in Occam's Razor issues 34 and 35, and have edited for three literary magazines.
I've been in love with reading since I was a child and have been recognizing grammar and continuity errors in published works almost as long. My keen eyes came in handy at school, especially when I started tutoring, but I found my calling in editing once I started writing creatively and taking classes.
Hi! My name is Victoria Quistgaard, aka Vicky (she/her). I live in Oakland with my two cats, Kidu and Mesh, and substitute teach on the side. In my spare time, I read, watch tv & movies, play games, create art, roller skate, listen to music, and more.
